    Rooftop bar with panoramic views offers a nice way to unwind after a long day. The spa facilities provide a decent escape for relaxation, accentuating a comfortable stay.

    The heating in the room was excessively high during a winter visit, requiring the use of air conditioning to cool it down to a sleepable temperature. Proximity to shopping centers is not ideal, which could be a downside for some guests.

    I have just spent 1 day in family room with a good view, and enjoyed it. A hair dryer and bath robes were available there.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

    really good experience there. fairly clean venue and professional employees. reasonably large and exceptional room and central heating, a safe, and tv inside. nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. hospitality from the whole staff.

    The Twin Room with River View was really comfortable. The beds were plush and made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Plus, the shower was awesome once we figured it out. It felt nice to kick back and relax after a long day. A solid stay!

    Excellent cleanliness, great spa facilities, along with a cute bar area and easy access to the nearby Kutahya Zafer Airport for smooth travel.

    I enjoyed the rooftop bar with its panoramic view while sipping on a local drink. I had a great time experiencing everything nearby since the attractions were easily walkable from where I stayed.

    The restaurant allowed smoking despite it being illegal, an issue. I felt the room was uncomfortably warm during the winter.

    Friendly staff and very clean place. the rooms are spacious and have an amazing view. Paid £44, which was worth it. It's conveniently located close to a restaurant, the river, and the town center.
